The 'GRIND CUP' function controls the grinding time, but cannot control the amount of water in the cup. Freshly brewed coffee is around 75°C (167°F), and the temperature for keeping it warm is around 73°C (163.4°F). A pro tip: use room-temperature water(68-77°F) to make it for the best flavor. The amount of coffee you brew is determined by the amount of water you add to the water tank. Adjust the grinder to a finer setting – finer grounds mean a stronger taste. Clean weekly: tilt machine, slide back the steel baffle in grounds compartment, and brush. Select the 'Strong' mode on the control panel to ensure proper extraction.
