We process and dispatch orders from Monday to Friday at our warehouse, excluding weekends and official public holidays. After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes tracking details. If you do not see this email, please first check your spam or junk folder before reaching out to customer support.

Order Processing Time

The standard order processing time is 1–3 business days.

Orders placed and fully paid before 6:00 PM (warehouse local time) on business days will begin processing on the same day.

Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed starting on the next business day.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time is typically 6–10 business days. Delivery time may vary depending on logistics conditions and the performance of the shipping carrier.

Delivery Coverage

At present, we only ship within the United States.

Shipping Fees

Orders under $129.99: a shipping fee of $9.99 applies.
Orders of $129.99 or above: free shipping is offered.

Order Tracking

You can track your order by visiting the “Order Tracking” page on our website and entering the required order details. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier after the shipment has been dispatched.

Change of Shipping Address

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us by email within 24 hours of placing your order. After this timeframe, your order may already be in processing or shipped, and address changes may no longer be guaranteed.
