We process and ship orders from Monday to Friday at our warehouse, excluding weekends and official public holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting customer service.

Order Processing Time

Order processing time is 1–3 business days.

For orders placed and fully paid before 6:00 PM (local warehouse time) on business days, processing will begin on the same day.

For orders placed after 6:00 PM, processing will begin on the next business day.

If an order is placed on a weekend or public holiday, processing will begin on the next available business day.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is 6–10 business days, depending on logistics conditions and carrier performance.

Delivery Coverage

We currently ship only within the United States.

Shipping Fees

Orders under $129.99: A shipping fee of $9.99 will apply.
Orders of $129.99 or more: Free shipping is provided.

Order Tracking

You may track your order status by visiting the “Order Tracking” page on our website and entering your order information. Tracking updates will be provided by the shipping carrier once the order has been dispatched.

Change of Shipping Address

If you need to modify your shipping address, please contact us via email within 24 hours after placing your order. After this period, your order may already be in processing or shipment, and we cannot guarantee that address changes will be possible.
